Recorded Classes

What are Recorded Classes?
Recorded classes are the alternative we offer to families who cannot attend the live classes but would still like to benefit from the Virtualis Scholé classes.

Registered families are sent a class recording each week, and they have 2 weeks to view the recording before it disappears.

Families are sent a suggested lesson plan so they can prepare and plan to stay on track with the lessons. But since there is a 2-week viewing period, there is some grace for when things like vacations or illness come up.

Is Grading Offered for Recorded Classes?
No, grading is not offered for Recorded Classes. It is entirely up to the parents to grade all workbooks, papers, and tests.

Can the Teacher Still be Contacted?
Yes! Recorded families are still able to contact the teacher with any questions they might have or if they need help/clarification.

Are Lesson Plans Provided?
Yes! Although you certainly do not have to use the lesson plans Virtualis Scholé provides, we do make them available so you can prepare and plan your school weeks.

When are Class Recordings Sent?
The day that the recording is sent out will vary as each recording is sent the same day that it was recording (when the live class was). Recorded classes will have a recommended pace that matches live.

What’s the Real Difference Between Live & Recorded?
Both class options run on the same schedule and will have identical lesson plans. The only difference is that live class students can participate in class, whereas recorded class students will only be able to watch the class.
